"I was frustrated a few weeks ago. Speaking with representatives for car insurance and i relunctantly gave Sate Farm a call, really not wanting to speak to anyone at that point, and luckily spoke with Elli Thimas on the phone. What a surprise! I found a rep that actually cared about my concerns in finding new car insurance. She listened to me, addressed my concerns, patiently went through the current rates with me. Elli walked me step by step in detail of what I had to do if I wanted to go with State Farm which was cheaper than my current insurance, which had the same coverage. I had my current insuance for12 years and the rate with them practically doubled. I was so upset. So of course I switched to State Farm. I was so glad I called State Farm and spoke to Elli. She is so professional and goes the extra mile for her customers! It is worth giving Elli a call. You won't be disappointed!!! Thanks State Farm for having such an awesome employee working for you!!!"
